Wir finden in der Bibel einige Hinweise auf heilende Pflanzen, Gewürze und eine vegetarische Ernährung. Den Schriften der Essener nach war der Essener Jesus auch eindeutig Vegetarier. Der Fleischkonsum widerspricht auch den zehn göttlichen Geboten. Möglicherweise haben während des Exodus Ausnahmen gegolten. Auch wissen wir, dass die Bibel in mehreren Vatikanischen Konzilien umgeschrieben wurde.

Better is a dinner of herbs where love is than a fattened ox and hatred with it.

Sustain me with raisins; refresh me with apples, for I am sick with love.
“Speak to the people of Israel, saying, You shall eat no fat, of ox or sheep or goat. The fat of an animal that dies of itself and the fat of one that is torn by beasts may be put to any other use, but on no account shall you eat it.
Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its appearance like that of bdellium. The people went about and gathered it and ground it in handmills or beat it in mortars and boiled it in pots and made cakes of it. And the taste of it was like the taste of cakes baked with oil. Then their father Israel said to them, “If it must be so, then do this: take some of the choice fruits of the land in your bags, and carry a present down to the man, a little balm and a little honey, gum, myrrh, pistachio nuts, and almonds.

Der Bibel nach ist jedoch Gott selbst der größte Heiler. Jesus und die zwölf Apostel zogen durch das Land und vollbrachten viele Heilungen mit dem Holy Spirit, dem Heiligen Geist Gottes. Sie heilten mit der Lebensenergie, mit Prana. Wer mit der Quelle, mit Gott, dem Göttlichen, Yogis sagen Shiva, verbunden ist und durch wen die Lebensenergie frei fließt, der wird heil, gesund. Wer heil ist, der kann zum Kanal dieser Energie werden und sie auch auf andere übertragen und mit ihr dessen Selbstheilungskräfte wieder aktivieren. Auch Gebete werden von Christen zur Heilung eingesetzt.

It happened that the father of Publius lay sick with fever and dysentery. And Paul visited him and prayed, and putting his hands on him healed him.
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction.
