The PMA I-III can be practised on a daily base by young & old, healthy & sick, beginners & advanced yogis. These series can restore health and help to keep it. This is scientiffically proven.

Pranayama has to be learned systematically. It starts with breath awareness. So it is not advised here to practise these techniques, if you haven't learned them already.
As I haven't yet found a guidance for breath awareness in english online, that I would emhazise, I am sorry.

Also Bandhas have to be learned under the direct guidance of a yoga teacher first. Do not practise them as a beginner.
